Gratitude
This is one of the quickest ways to raise your vibration. Take a moment and think about something in your environment and put all your focus on it. it may be the sun outside, it may be what’s in the cup in front of you, it may be the computer at your job or the fact that you have a job that you’re your bills. Take a moment and think about how much you appreciate what ever it is. Spend a few moments everyday in gratitude and it will help you appreciate the little things along with raising your vibration.
Love
Think about someone that’s easy to love, and hold that person in your heart. Imagine them sitting in front of you and pay attention to the emotions that arise in you. Notice happiness rising up on you. Love is one of the highest types of vibration you can carry.
Think Positive Thoughts
Your thoughts have power, they move you whether good or bad. Gratitude draws more good to you and jealousy draws more bad to you. negative energy keeps you feeling bad and sad, but when you think positive thoughts you draw positiveness towards you.
Practice Mindfulness
Pay attention to your yourself, pay attention to your surroundings. Being mindful can help you be more considerate with your thoughts and help you walk in kindness and compassion with yourself and others. Pay attention to your thoughts because they have an impact on you. It’s important that you be aware of yourself at all times.

Give away gifts without expecting something in return. Compliment people, think highly of people. When you have more than enough to give to others, you walk in abundance and abundance is a high vibration.
Drink More Water
When you drink water, it flushes your body of toxins. Toxicity lowers your vibration, therefore detoxing and drinking more water raises your vibration. This is something you control, so drink more water, your body will thank you.
